You can’t scale what you can’t measure.

When tracking is incomplete and every platform reports a different number, budget decisions come down to opinion. The result is spend that can’t be justified and growth opportunities that go unnoticed.

We build clear dashboards, uncover performance drivers and provide insight across channels, so every decision is informed, accountable and aligned to growth.

How it fits together

From scattered data to a single source of truth.

Most businesses have plenty of data. The problem is that it lives in separate platforms, measured in different ways. We connect it, so marketing performance can be read against real business outcomes.

Measuring what matters

Proving the return on an omnichannel campaign.

An omnichannel campaign targeting 46 to 64 year olds in non-metro Victoria. With activity running across multiple channels, success couldn’t be judged on clicks or platform reports alone.

By measuring sales and revenue against the campaign over six months, we were able to attribute a clear spike in sales to the activity, and show leadership exactly what the media investment returned.

How it works

A structured, four-stage process

  1. Plan the measurement

Agree the questions reporting needs to answer, the KPIs and the events that matter.

  2. Implement tracking

Configure and validate tracking across your website, platforms and CRM.

  3. Build reporting

Dashboards and executive reports tailored to each audience in your business.

  4. Analyse and advise

Regular analysis of performance drivers, with clear recommendations on where to invest next.

Why don't the numbers in Google Ads, Meta and GA4 match?

Each platform counts conversions differently, using its own attribution model, time windows and data. A good measurement framework defines which source of truth to use for each decision, so your team stops debating the numbers and starts acting on them.

Can you connect our CRM or sales data?

Yes, where your systems allow. Connecting lead and sales outcomes back to marketing, for example through offline conversion imports, is how we improved one client's Google Ads conversion tracking accuracy from 48% to 93%.

What tracking do you implement?

Google Tag Manager, structured data layers, GA4, platform conversion tracking for Google Ads and Meta, and server-side tracking where it improves data quality.

Is this a one-off project or ongoing?

Either. Many clients start with a tracking and dashboard setup, then move to regular analysis and reporting.

How is it priced?

We charge $95 an hour, with the scope and estimated hours agreed upfront for setup projects.

Do we own the dashboards and data?

Yes. Tracking, dashboards and data are set up in your accounts and stay yours.
